The Report

This report was written over a period of some four years following the discovery in June 2020 of unlawfully erected cladding. The cladding was erected in 2017 with neither planning permission [which at that time was in the hands of the local council], nor with the approval of the lessees under Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act.
